Awesome Service

I met Tom a year ago after having problems with our 20 year old Hague water softener. We set a date for a new water softener but ended up with serious medical issues with my husband and had to postpone the softener. When everything settled down, I contacted Tom again and I am happy to say that he was just as friendly as the first time we had met. Tom is very professional and very thorough and a pleasure to work with. I also spoke with Michelle a couple of times and she is amazing. We were very happy with our new softener and just as happy working with Tom & Michelle!!

Thanks so much Cheri! We are very happy to help out you, Joe and the rest of your family!

Appreciate the caring professionalism and expertise

I recently hired Rocky Mountain Water Conditioning to help mitigate uranium and radon contamination as well as a hardness issue in our water. We have a mountain home with a well so these issues are quite common in our area.

I interviewed several other companies in the area, one of which did our initial testing of the water during the process of buying our home. The initial testing said that our uranium levels were three times worse than the EPA limit. The radon tested at double the acceptable levels. The recommended treatment was a whole house water conditioning system ($4800) for the uranium and hardness and an aeration system for the radon (about $5000 not including costs to install extra ducts, piping and possibly a new electric circuit). I had heard, after the fact, that the company we used to initially test our water was known for inflating values and/or up-selling/over selling expensive treatment products to their customers so I decided to look for alternatives & second opinions. Rocky Mountain Water Conditioning was the one that continuously stood out from the rest.

From the beginning to the end (installation day), Tom & Michelle at Rocky Mountain Water Conditioning were wonderful and professional to work with. They always promptly returned my calls and emails and never hesitated to answer or got irritated with my barrage of questions and concerns. They addressed every single one. Tom even did some research into a specific treatment alternative for my radon problem that ended up saving me thousands of dollars. He traveled an hour up the hill to visit my home, re-tested my water and sent it to a state certified lab so we could be sure we picked the right treatment system. Tom also spent lots of time teaching me about my home, my water and my options. I really appreciated that. It seems that he is very knowledgeable and experienced. I also liked that he is a master water specialist with the water quality treatment association, a licensed contractor in the state of Colorado for water conditioning and a certified/accredited installer/service tech for WQA and Hague.

We ended up selecting a Hague Comprehensive Water Conditioning system to treat the uranium and water hardness for the whole house, a “Big Blue” whole house GAC filtering system and a single point of use Hague reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink for drinking water. I love that the Hague system has a 25-year limited warranty compared to many of the other products I saw that only had a 1-3 year warranty. I haven’t officially re-tested the water because we just installed everything last week but my fiancé and I are already noticing a difference in the way the water feels. It seems to taste good too. We tested the water with a ph strip and our ph is perfect/ hardness is 0.

Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for someone trustworthy, personable, reliable and professional to take care of your water treatment needs.

Thanks Deborah. I always love coming up into the mountains for clients. We're so happy we could help. You have a great system that will protect your family for years to come. Thanks very much for your trust and confidence!

Water Treatment for Home

Tom is a licensed water professional in Colorado. He provided a quality estimate, without sells pressures. He gave us options to work with and let us decide. This is an ethical company, and they use top quality products, and they stand behind their work. Safe water is an investment in your health, and it's worth having the job done correctly.  recently took a class at Stanford and listened to a lecture on environmental toxins by a world renowned expert. When asked about his "heavy hitters" of what people can do to stay healthy, he replied to make sure you have clean water. Sure, it's an investment. But what better investment is there than one's own health? I have no doubts should there be an issue, they would take care of it. I recommend Tom and this company 100 percent.

Thank you for your great review Ellen and Roger. We appreciate your having the trust in us that is such an important value in all that we do in our business practices and for our customers. You are absolutely correct that clean water is one investment that people can take into their own hands in order to be safe and healthy. It was a pleasure working with you both and we look forward to being there any time that you need us!

Great Service

Rocky Mountain Water took the time to help with parts and advice. Tom was great to work with and took care of me and my 20 year old Hague watermax . Thanks Tom..... highly recommended !!!

We're really happy to have been able to help you. Hague dealers don't get a lot of repeat business, but if we can help you in the future, we're ready!
